Tenant Placement and Tenant Screening Service.

Property Manager Investors Choice Realty uses an effective tenant screening process that will check credit and background, income and rental history. If you would like Tenant Placement Services ONLY there is a fee equal to one month’s rent. If you are seeking full-service management the fee for tenant placement is ½ months’ rent.
